Adam Winkler specializes in constitutional law, and his scholarship focuses on issues ranging from the speech rights of corporations to the Second Amendment. Professor Winkler writes for The Daily Beast and The Huffington Post, and his commentary has been featured in The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, The Wall Street Journal, and The Atlantic, and on CNN and NPR. Following the lecture, gun-law expert Alan Korwin, author of The Arizona Gun Owner’s Guide, conducts a Q-and-A with Professor Winkler.
