A Conversation with the Creative and Business Minds Behind a Hit Independent Film

Arizona State University’s School of Theatre and Film and UCLA’s Anderson School of Management were proud to share this one-of-a-kind opportunity to learn about a beloved independent film from the creative and business minds behind it.

ASU’s Anatomy of a Feature Film program invited other groups from around the country to participate in this Interactive Open Learning Experience.  Other participants included students from:
·  UCLA
·  Duke University
·  University of Montana
·  Quinnipiac University
·  San Francisco Film Society

This unique inter-collegiate video conference was made possible by the generous support of Cisco.  ASU film professor Adam Collis and film producer Judd Payne (Bernie, 2011) guided the video conference conversation between the esteemed Hollywood professionals and our student participants.

The event included many involved with the film, from the director of Juno, to the financier, the composer and even the studio executive.  We think ASU’s Anatomy of a Feature Film gives you a 360 degree look at the making, marketing and distribution of a true indie hit!
