ASUtv is an educational cable channel and multicast webstream which originates from the Arizona State University Tempe campus. Tempe is located in the metropolitan Phoenix area, also called the "Valley of the Sun", which is home to ASU's many campus locations. And ASUtv is also on Twitter!
ASU Origins Symposium Broadcast

Many of our viewers have been asking if we will rebroadcast the Origins Symposium. In a word, the answer is, "Yes"! This historic symposium kicked off the "Origins Initiative" at ASU under Director Lawrence M. Krauss and brought together 70 of the world’s leading scientists and scholars to explore key outstanding origins issues. ASU's Gammage Auditorium hosted a live 13-hour program on Monday, April 6th.

Vintage Movie Theater is loaded with new films this summer! You can catch classics from the silent era on Mondays, and comedies during June. The months of July and August will bring oldies from our vaults that we have never aired for you, from many different genres. Vintage Sci-Fi Theater features a sci-fi flick on Saturdays at noon and on Sundays around 8:00pm. Check the ASUtv schedule for exact times. Vintage Horror Theater presents a horror oldie at 10:00 pm on Saturdays and at Noon on Sundays. If you missed any film during the week, tune in on Sunday afternoon as we try to replay each of the the movies of the week. Check the ASUtv Schedule for movie titles and show times. And if you think movie making is in your blood, check out the ASU School of Theater and Film!
HORIZON Programming

The award-winning news program "HORIZON", provided through the courtesy of KAET Eight, will be coming to you each weeknight at 8:30 pm.
Ted Simons and a knowledgeable panel of experts bring you in-depth reporting and thoughtful discussion about local issues. For more than 25 years, viewers have turned to HORIZON for Arizona news, opinion and in-depth analysis on major stories and events.
ASUtv offers extra opportunities to watch HORIZON, with rebroadcasts at 11:30 am and 6:00 pm the following day. We will also present a special episode from the week on Saturday and Sunday. Our rebroadcasts may be just what you need to stay on top of the important issues facing Arizonans!

ASUtv and the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communications has just finished presenting the award-winning student newscast "NewsWatch" for the semester. This has been an incredible year, and just the second semester that NewsWatch had been presented to you from the new state-of-the-art building and studio at ASU's Downtown Phoenix campus.

ASUtv is available in over 40 cities and towns, reaching from Casa Grande to northern Maricopa County. Since 2003, ASUtv has broadcast a wide variety of educational-rich programming to televisions in the metropolitan area, and to a worldwide audience via the Internet.
