ASUtv is a digital educational broadcast that is available to the world on Ustream.tv. Since 2003, ASUtv has broadcast a wide variety of educational-rich programming. ASUtv also appears on local Phoenix-area televisions via IPTV on Qwest's Choice TV Channel 138 and over the Arizona State University campus cable channels listed below. Also on the internet, programming can be viewed as an IP multicast.
ASUtv reaches a very large and diverse population with programming that includes and affects the surrounding community. The station features many programs produced and sponsored by the world-class colleges and schools at Arizona State University. Along with ASU lectures, special events, and documentaries, we impact Arizona communities with many outreach programs. We air announcements that inform the community about local community events and ASU public events. We are also proud to bring our viewers award-winning productions from KAET-TV Eight, the Public Broadcasting Service (PBS) station serving the greater Arizona area. ASUtv broadcasts segments from the Research Channel and informational programs from outside sources such as the Foreign Policy Association and the BBC. ASUtv presents local interest stories and takes you to remote locations world-wide, as Arizona State University provides both local and global educational opportunities. The ASU New Media Network provides information about special events and programs. Visit the ASUtv Schedule for program dates and times.
